SFM distributes a wide variety of products through our network of dealers. Some sell pro audio and/or lighting, some only service the installation and contracting markets, some are AV Rental specialists and others are retail music stores which primarily sell products used by people who create or perform music. By communicating directly with you when you need to find a source for our products, we can connect you with someone who is familiar with and stocks the products that you are interested in.

At SFM, we are always striving to find ways to better serve you. When it comes to customer service, we are committed to having a real person available when you call us. The majority of calls from our customers are questions concerning inventory, pricing, products, orders and shipments. Many of these calls are being placed to our reception desk and too often end up in voice mail or dead-end transfers. In order to address your inquiries more efficiently, we provide our customers with a pin that redirects you directly to your Inside Sales Representative. If you would like to obtain your CSID number, please contact us.

SFM customers located in Canada can log into the SFM ALL Access portal to view their invoices, order status and pricing. If you don’t have access to the portal or have lost your password, please contact allaccess@sfm.ca.

SFM customers located in the United States can contact their customer service representative at 1-­866­-832­-8679.

 

If you’re a current SFM customer, please visit our Return Authorization section or consult the Authorized Service Centers locators.

If you’re not an SFM customer and bought the product from one of our authorized dealers, please return the product back to the store if it’s still under warranty.
