Description
The BirdDog BDFLEXENC Flex 4K encoder is an ultra-compact device that converts HDMI video sources into full NDI streams for IP-based production workflows. Supporting resolutions up to UHD 4K30 and Full HD frame rates, it enables real-time video distribution across NDI networks. The device integrates tally indication, PTZ control via RS-232, and audio intercom features, all delivered over a single Ethernet connection with PoE support. Its compact design and additional DC output capability make it suitable for powering external devices such as monitors or cameras in mobile and space-constrained installations.
