Resellers wishing to return a product to SFM must first obtain a return authorization number from customer service. All returns are at the reseller's expense and must be shipped with the return authorization number indicated on the shipping label. Restocking fees apply, unless SFM shipped the product in error or it arrived damaged or defective.

Description

The DJI Matrice 4 Obstacle Sensor system enhances flight safety by providing advanced obstacle detection and avoidance capabilities, enabling safer operations in complex and congested environments.

Key Features

  • Combines an active rotating LiDAR unit with a five-direction millimetre-wave radar network. This fusion provides true comprehensive positioning security, closing the traditional gaps or blind spots left by single-sensor tracking cones
  • Houses the mechanical rotating LiDAR module to generate continuous 360° horizontal coverage paired with a 58° vertical field of view. This configuration handles horizontal and upward threat mapping while the drone's native radar focuses downwards
  • Specifically engineered to detect, track, and safely dodge hazards as small as 12mm in diameter, such as high-voltage distribution lines and power grids
  • Delivers high-precision sensing capabilities in pitch-black environments, low-light thresholds, and variable weather, protecting flights near cluttered substation layouts or complex structures
  • Operates alongside companion computing power (like the DJI Manifold 3) to first sweep an asset for a broad layout model, then automatically calculate close-range pathing for ultra-high-fidelity sensor data mapping
