Starplayer bass with short scale, Custom Line case - Tobacco Burst
Description
The Duesenberg Starplayer Bass matches the iconic aesthetic and engineering of the famous Starplayer TV guitar lineup. Built with professional session players in mind, its semi-hollow body design includes a solid internal center block surrounded by a resonant laminated spruce top and flamed maple back and sides. This special layout delivers a deep, warm, and open acoustic resonance while effectively suppressing unwanted live feedback.
The comfortable 30.2-inch short-scale maple neck is paired with an Indian rosewood fingerboard and 22 jumbo frets, offering an agile and fast-playing feel. Dual custom Duesenberg BassBucker humbuckers provide clear low-end punch and rich overtones. Controls include individual volume knobs for each pickup, a global tone control, and a practical mute switch on the pickguard that silences the output without altering your blended volume settings. Finished in a classic Tobacco Burst with high-grade nickel hardware and Z-Tuners, this instrument ships ready for the road or studio in its dedicated hardshell case.
