The Duesenberg Starplayer TV in Midnight Flake is a world-class semi-hollow electric guitar that blends distinct Art Deco styling with modern precision engineering. It features an arched, laminated spruce top matched with an elegant arched flamed maple back and bent sides, anchored by a central sustain block for enhanced feedback resistance and solid sustain.The one-piece maple neck boasts a comfortable medium-D profile and is topped with an Indian rosewood fingerboard holding 22 jumbo frets.
Every instrument undergoes microscopic Plek fret processing for ultra-low, buzz-free action. Driven by a versatile combination of a creamy Duesenberg Domino P-90 single-coil in the neck and a punchy GrandVintage humbucker at the bridge, the electronics include a special middle-position filter circuit that cuts lower frequencies for unique, funky clarity. Complete with proprietary Z-Tuners and the iconic Diamond Deluxe Tremola, it ships in a rugged, flightcase-ready Duesenberg Custom Line Case.
