Since 1985, Heritage Guitars have been handcrafting beautiful, high quality electric guitars at the very historic guitar factory at 225 Parsons Street in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Carrying on the tradition that Orville Gibson first started in the very same factory back in the late 1800s. The idea behind Heritage spurred from a group of Gibson’s former employees who wanted to continue the tradition and history of the legendary Kalamazoo factory. Those employees purchased the factory along with its original guitar-making equipment and thus became the founders of Heritage Guitars. The founders shared a wealth of guitar-building experience and an unwavering belief that every guitar should be as unique as the musician who plays it.

Today, Heritage Guitars is defined by their unwavering approach to American craftsmanship and innovation. The Standard Collection is a favorite among players seeking a guitar that amplifies their passion for music, and their Custom Shop offers a bespoke experience. Each guitar is built in the legendary Kalamazoo factory.
