Job Statement

Responsible for the purchasing process – from SKU creation to product delivery. Contribute to the achievement of customer satisfaction and business as a contributor to the demand management and inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly demand reviews with Brand management and suppliers
  • Issue, track and adjust purchase orders to suppliers
  • Manage Inventory levels and risk strategies
  • Operate as a guardian of the ERP data integrity for all supply chain related fields
  • Review and maintain lead times and supply parameters
  • Manage item creation and maintenance process
  • Assess and contribute to processes and systems improvements
  • Develop and maintain an excellent flow of communication with internal partners and suppliers
  • Adapt overall long- and short-term supply chain strategies to changing market conditions

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain roles
  • Degree and / or Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (asset)
  • Proven experience with ERP systems
  • Bilingual
  • Intermediate level or better in Excel
