One Stop Entertainment has been in business for over 20 years and we have been very fortunate to survive these crazy and unpredictable times! In saying that, we have dealt with many suppliers over the years and feel that in general, it’s been a good experience all around. Once in a while, there are people that go more than the extra mile and it really makes a difference for us, our business and our customers. It’s because of the kind of people I mentioned above that we continue to do business with SF Marketing! Two of those people would be Ghyslain Champagne and Jodi Ruhland. Jodi has help me many times with various circumstances including support, recommendations and returning my calls after hours to get me out of tight situations with new equipment we have purchased or answering questions after hours so I can reply to impatient customers etc. He continues to be there and I appreciate it! Thank you Jodi!!! Another person you have on staff, Ghyslain, whom I’ve never met, but, again went over and above the call of duty! A while back we ran into a situation at an event that would have been a complete disaster if it wasn’t for Ghyslain’s continued support. We had made a substantial lighting order, Movers etc, from SF. The DMX world can be a real problem when you’re not familiar with the software! I called Jodi and he quickly connected me with Ghyslain in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. Ghyslain spent at least 3 ½ hrs with us as we attempted to operate this new light show we just installed at the local University with the ONYX software. We had a show the following day and it was important to the customer that we had this up and running for that event. The customer had just invested over $30,000 dollars when all was said and done and expected to see results. Understanding the situation, Ghyslain hung in there with us until we thought we had it all under control. The next day, Saturday, being the experienced Lighting Techs that we were with the ONYX program, “Sarcasm”, we accidently erased the hours of work we had done with Ghyslain. We quickly called Ghyslain and he answered. He was driving, on his way for a weekend with his family. He asked me to call back in a half hour where he sat in his car for another couple of hours saving our butt! I can’t tell you how much that meant to me! Thank you and your Family Ghyslain!!! I have been meaning to send this message numerous times but we have been so busy and it just got put on the back burner. I want SF Management to know that these guys have gone way above what is expected and this is a big part of why we continue to do business with SF Marketing. Thank you Jodi and Ghyslain!!!
