Montreal, Quebec ─ June 4, 2021 ─ SFM is pleased to welcome Michael Wall back to the team as Digital Content Manager. Michael started in the position at SFM in January 2019, and after a brief stint away, we are delighted to have him return in a strategic role helping architect the digital customer experience at SFM.
With his experience in digital UX strategy, copy writing and content strategy in the tech industry, Michael’s return to SFM allows him to apply his wealth of knowledge to an industry that resonates deeply with his creative pursuits as producer, singer, and songwriter—pursuits that also give him a familiarity with the products that SFM distributes.
Michael is bringing his extensive knowledge in strategizing, producing, managing, and cataloging content for businesses–with a specialty in mapping user experiences to fulfill his mandate to provide a strategic framework for SFM to consistently produce content that communicates the SFM brand story, supports its partners, and achieves business objectives.
“I firmly believe that when it comes to sales and marketing communications, strategy, and tactics, clear always beats clever. We might not always get it right the first time, but that’s what we should be striving for: clarity. While clever feeds our inner creative—it feels good and can wrap a clear message up in a pretty bow—this isn’t about us. The foundation must be built on a clear and intentional message,” says Michael.
Michael will be reporting to Lisa Griffiths, Marketing Director, “Michael has an ability to devise extremely concise strategies that bring simplicity and clarity to day-to-day tactics. His skill set is unique in that he’s incredibly strategic with an ability to be attuned to the slightest details that enhances the customer’s experience throughout their journey with SFM. He’s a true force in the digital world and we’re all elated to build the next phase of SFM with Michael on the team.”
